Getting started with CrossFit is simple at 411 CrossFit!
The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that 411 CrossFit is for you, then your next step is to enroll in either our regular CrossFit class or Boot-Camp, or ask about one-on-one training!
Our Boot-Camp course offers more focus on cardio work and a small amount of barbell work. Our Boot-Camp is Mon/Wed/Fri at 8:15.
Our regular CrossFit classes offer a high level of motivation from both your coach and your fellow CrossFitters in the class, as well as a high intensity workout that can be scaled for any individual need.
Our one-on-one training offers minimal distractions maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.
